How Did I Get Inspired and Involved with VTAC?

"Back when our Troops were returning from Vietnam, I was working for the House of Representatives as District Administrator of the 7th Congressional District of Illinois.  My office was downtown Chicago- the largest, richest and poorest district in the Country.

Many Veterans came to my office seeking help.  Most were Agent Orange victims.  Their nervous systems were "shot" and their skin was peeling off.  I tried in vain to get them help from the government.  Through VTAC, I can help Veterans without depending on the government.  This entire experience has been very gratifying to me."
Signed,
